💼 About the Role:

As the Centre Manager, you will be the heart of our service leading an experienced team to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. You’ll bring strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and operational excellence to create a warm, inclusive, and compliant environment where children, educators, and families feel supported.

🌱 What You’ll Do:

Provide inspiring leadership and support to a team of dedicated educators
Ensure the centre meets and exceeds National Quality Standards
Build trusted relationships with families, children, staff, and the wider community
Oversee daily operations including rosters, compliance, budgets, and reporting
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth

🎁 What’s On Offer:

Attractive salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + 10% retention bonus + super
Relocation incentive available for eligible candidates

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a childcare or kindergarten setting
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and compliance regulations
Confident communicator with excellent people management skills
A natural leader who is passionate about early learning and team development
Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection & relevant checks
