The Role & Key Responsibilities
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall success of the centre. This includes:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of passionate educators.
- Ensuring the centre meets and exceeds NQF standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and the community.
- Overseeing all administrative tasks, including enrolment and budget management.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
What We Offer
- Amazing Salary Package: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on your experience.
- Generous Bonus: A 12.5% bonus paid every six months, rewarding you for the centre's performance.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education experienced in a leadership role:
- Prior experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong business acumen and administrative skills.
Essential Qualifications & Certificates
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA Approved qualification.
- Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
- Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
- CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Child Protection Training - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
