- A proven leader with at least 2 years in an early years leadership role
- A confident communicator and compassionate leader who fosters connection and collaboration

- Experience with budgeting, rostering, coordinating family tours and the ability to engage effectively to increase occupancy target rates.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Working With Children’s Check WWCC
- Clear international police check
- Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Certificate
- Asthma, Anaphylaxis CPR certificates
- Do food safety certificate
