D365 Functional Analyst is currently required for a contract role to join our team in delivering an enhanced Customer Experience Platform (CXP), with a core focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
As a D365 Functional Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design efficient processes, and configure CRM solutions that drive both internal efficiencies and improved service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
... Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Customer Experience Platform (CXP), centred on Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and community stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
Analyse and redesign business processes to ensure system alignment with organisational goals.
Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 features, including case management, customer service, workflows, and self-service portals.
Utilise low-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance and extend CRM capabilities.
Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to maximise adoption and value.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills, alongside strong technical expertise.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in case management, customer service, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and CRM configuration tools.
Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into effective system solutions.
Strong understanding of digital service delivery and customer-centric design principles.
