Primary Purpose:
In this high-impact position, you will drive integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, elevate customer engagement, and supercharge commercial performance. You will oversee digital media, CRM, campaign optimization, agency partnerships, and technical infrastructure - ensuring flawless alignment between global standards and local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute the annual Marketing Activation Plan (MAP), balancing investment across digital, media, public relations, CRM, and brand channels.
- Funnel Optimization: Define and optimize upper and lower funnel strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Performance Marketing: Lead performance initiatives across SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliates, and retargeting.
- Team & Agency Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire internal marketing teams and external agency partners.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee digital infrastructure, vendor relationships, data integrity, and logistics/fulfillment transitions.
Your Skills & Experience:

- Major Blue-Chip Background: You must come from a major, recognized blue-chip FMCG or retail background.
- True Brand Marketer: You are a brand marketer through and through, with a deep understanding of storytelling, brand equity, and consumer behavior.
- Digital & eComms Hybrid: Alongside your brand pedigree, you possess a strong, sophisticated understanding of modern digital ecosystems, performance marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Complete P&L Ownership: Full commercial accountability is required. You must have direct experience owning and managing the marketing and digital P&L.
- Strategic Agility: The ability to see ahead clearly, anticipate future market trends accurately, and create competitive, breakthrough strategies.
- Building Effective Teams: A track record of blending diverse talent into high-performing units, fostering open dialogue, and creating a strong sense of morale and belonging.
- Managerial Courage: A leader who provides direct, actionable, and complete feedback, addresses challenges quickly, and doesn't hold back on what needs to be said to drive success.
