Randstad Education has partnered with a small NPF service in Melbourne's inner East in the lovely suburb of Ashburton. My client is seeking a Centre Director to lead and inspire their team. This role will see you managing a fantastic group of educators and being supported by a strong committee of management and a business manager.
This centre is one of a kind and has been purposely built and designed to provide the best quality care. The service prides themselves on creating and nurturing a connected community of parents, children and staff. There are four rooms , Infants, Toddlers, Pre Kinder and Kindergarten programs which run each day .
This position is best suited to someone that enjoys building strong relationships with staff, children and their families. This role will also have a focus on building a cohesive and close knit team and Director who also has experience in educational leadership to ensure the delivery of the educational programs is at a high level.

Essential Criteria
- Experience as Centre Manager/Director/ Nominated Supervisor
- Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood or Diploma in Children's Services
- Valid Working with Children's Check, First aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Experience providing leadership and guidance
- Foster strong relationships with Children and families
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child care and early learning practices and issues.
- Effective time management, people management and interpersonal skills.
