About the Role
As our Centre Director, you'll be the heart of our operations. You'll be responsible for:
Inspirational Leadership: Mentoring and developing our team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative practice.
Operational Excellence: Overseeing all aspects of the centre's daily operations, including financial management, enrolments, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Community Connection: Building strong, meaningful relationships with our families and the wider Traralgon community.
Educational Vision: Guiding the implementation of our high-quality early learning programs, ensuring every child thrives.
Key Requirements
An approved Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting.
A comprehensive understanding of the NQF, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and relevant regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound Knowlege of the child safe standards
- Working with Children Check OR VIT
- 2 references which can attest to you working with children
- First aid certificates
