About the Centre
Our client is located in the Yarriambiack Shire Council, Victoria near Horsham. This is a brand new 57 place purpose built centre which opened in January 2025. The centre will provide the community with Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten programs as well as long day care. The centre will have outdoor play areas as well as a community space for local child and family services such as maternal and child health consulting.
About the Roles
We have Two full time Diploma Educator roles, one full time Certificate 3 educator and a Part time 0.8 FTE position.
Salary Band
Diploma Qualified Educator - $69,692 – $75,417 per year
Certificate 3 Educator - $53,865 – $65,916 per year (Pro-Rata)

... - Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education, guided by evidence-informed contemporary pedagogy and practice.
- Contributing to the planning and implementing the educational program, monitoring children’s progress, and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Ensure high level of child supervision and meet children's needs.
- Ensuring the centre meets safety and compliance standards.
About you:
- Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (mandatory).
- Sound understanding of the EYLF and good early childhood practices.
- Experience working towards (and achieving) targets as well as meeting safety and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills with children, families, the community and the team within the centre.
- Ability to work within a flexible and changing environment.
- Willing to create and support a culture of collaboration by building effective relationships.
- Able to demonstrate the values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
