This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major transformation program, leading the deployment of a new cloud-based HCM platform across a large enterprise environment. As the Deployment and Release Management Lead, you’ll coordinate releases across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP and various integrations, ensuring alignment between technical, business and operational stakeholders.

You'll work closely with program leaders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure that each deployment phase is thoroughly planned, rehearsed, and executed. This includes managing environment transitions, conducting release readiness reviews, and ensuring post-go-live stability. The role also involves regular coordination across test, QA, integration, and support streams.

To succeed, you’ll need strong experience in HCM or enterprise software deployments, the ability to manage complex delivery plans, and a hands-on approach to leadership in a flexible environment.
