The Details
As a Clinical Manager, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day running of a dental practice, focusing on clinical governance and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and rostering clinical staff, including dentists and dental assistants.
- Overseeing clinical protocols to ensure strict compliance with industry standards.
- Managing inventory, equipment, and supply orders to support seamless operations.
- Handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including patient queries and bookings.
- Working closely with the practice owner or partners to achieve practice goals and deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced leader with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Highly organised and proactive, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
- An exceptional communicator with a calm and professional demeanour.
- Experienced in clinical management or a leadership dental assisting role within a dental practice.
- Familiar with practice software
