What You'll Bring & Do (Minimum 5 years experience):
We are seeking a hands-on Database Specialist with a proven track record in:
Strong experience with MS SQL Server and similar relational database systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), including the ability to develop and adapt to existing and new patterns for data integration.
Advanced SQL skills with a keen focus on query optimisation and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience in Data Management and ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and efficient data flow.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple technical teams and deliver according to project plans.
Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with Australian Superannuation systems will be a distinct advantage.
Understanding of Database Administration principles.
