About the Job:
- We’re looking for Customer Service superstars ready to hit the ground running in a temp role with the potential to extend up to 6 months and possibly beyond.
- This is an immediate start, and we're looking for people who can handle volume, stay calm under pressure and genuinely care about solving problems.
- Think building relationships, running thorough investigations into customer issues and helping customers feel heard, understood, and supported.
- If you've worked in a call centre before, especially with escalations, complaints, or complex cases, you'll be right at home here! A background in automotive, insurance or banking is a bonus but not essential.
About You:
- Previous experience within a Customer service environment, preferred Call Centre but not essential
- A genuine, humble approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Great communication skills verbal and written
