Your New Role

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for retail and commercial customers. You’ll manage end-to-end order processing, resolve enquiries, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from sale to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails
• Process customer orders into the system
• Provide updates on stock availability, delivery ETA and order tracking
• Raise and manage customer claims, credits, and returns
• Liaise with logistics, sales and supply chain teams to resolve issues
