Your New Role
Reporting to the VTMS Manager, the Customer Service Officer is committed to providing a professional, customer focused and welcoming service to all individuals. This will be achieved in a friendly and respectful manner which will allow us to provide excellent customer service to all hospital users. The purpose of this role is to perform the day to day
operations of the Parking Customer Service by providing assistance to Hospital staff with enquiries
and requests for information.
This position will be an initial full time 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension.
Your Responsibilities:
- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with the Admin Guide.
- Understand and follow the policies and procedures of SERCO and the Customer Service team.
- Report identified risks.
- Assist with enquiries relating to staff car parking at the hospital.
- Escalate issues to the VTMS Manager as appropriate.
- Any other duties as requested by management.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Customer Service focus.
- A high standard or communication skills, written, spoken and listening.
- Professional personal presentation
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer orientated environment.

- $35-45 PH + super (depending on experience)
