Randstad is partnering with a well-known national and vibrant client to find a passionate Customer Service Representative. This role is suited to a go-getter who has a high level of detail, and is motivated, proactive and open to miscellaneous tasks.
The role
- Provide high-quality customer service and sales via phone, email, and digital channels
- Generate new sales by understanding customer needs and matching solutions
- Provide quotes and raise purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to account managers
- Review and verify invoices for approval
- Coordinating office amenities and supplies for all staff

To be successful for this position, you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and workload.
- High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems and processes.
- A customer-focused demeanour and a high sales drive.
- Confident IT skills and ability to grasp new systems.
- An inquisitive mindset and a fun, vibrant personality.
