About the Role:

Located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, offer guidance, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Your Role:
- Deliver friendly support and assist customers over the phone and through various channels.
- Provide clear, accurate information and customised solutions to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent service standards.
- Manage escalations confidently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to the role:
- Minimum 3 months in a call centre environment OR 12 months in a customer-facing service role (retail, hospitality, reception, etc.)
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive learner who thrives in fast-paced settings and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
