Your Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, web chat, and social media
- Troubleshoot medical device and software issues with accuracy and care
- Guide new users through product activation and app setup
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful support

About You:
- Articulate written and verbal communication
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

- Available to work Monday - Friday (10am - 2pm)
- Previous experience in the Medical industry is desired but not essential
