Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calls) - Short-Term Contract
Are you an excellent communicator with a positive attitude? Randstad is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative for a short-term contract. This role is based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
In this position, you'll be making outbound calls to customers from a provided database. Your main goal is to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
... Make outbound calls to customers from an established database.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Document customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
A reliable and professional work ethic.
- Current National Police Clearance
