Key Functions:
This role is ideal for a customer service-oriented individual with a background or keen interest in technical support, client relations, and sales.
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls to service a wide range of customers
- Building strong relationships and managing expectations of clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure that all enquiries are answered in a prompt, professional and courteous manner via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of sales orders from customers utilising JDE and Salesforce systems.
- Manage and book appointments with clients for selections through the database.

- Has a strong background in customer service
- Has a high level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Is able to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Want to learn and expand their customer service skills and expertise to kickstart a new career or grow their current one!
Requirements of the role:
- Ability to set and achieve goals, effectively managing your time and tasks to meet deadlines and workload
- Confident IT skills and ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
