On behalf of our client, a premier global administration firm, we are seeking multiple Customer Service Consultants to join their Melbourne team in early February 2026. This is a chance to enter the financial services sector with a company that truly invests in your growth.

The Role
Working within the Superannuation Helpline team, you will be the voice of the brand. Your mission is to provide high-quality general advice and support to members regarding their retirement savings.
Answering inbound inquiries via phone and digital channels.
Building rapport and trust with members through active listening.
Solving problems efficiently while maintaining a high level of call quality.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the best member outcomes.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a professional edge.
Mindset: A customer-first approach and a genuine desire to solve problems.
Adaptability: The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Background: Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a contact center is highly regarded.
Requirements
Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Availability to work a rotating roster between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
Ability to pass a standard Criminal History and Bankruptcy check.
