About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and providing clear updates to clients.
Accurately process service variations, bookings, and account updates across multiple systems.
Action credits, coordinate dispute resolutions, and maintain the Waste Issues Register (WIR).
Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Management to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Support the team by stepping into supervisory responsibilities when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
About You
A customer-focused professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in resolving customer issues and providing timely, effective solutions.
Comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously—experience with Salesforce, online portals, and Excel is highly regarded.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems (training provided).
