Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for trade professionals, processing sales, handling account inquiries, and providing expert advice on our range of building materials and hardware.
Sales & Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes, process orders efficiently, and proactively assist customers in finding the right products for their projects.
Administration: Manage trade accounts, process invoices, and maintain tidy, well-stocked retail displays at the counter.
Inventory & Logistics: Safely receive, unload, check, and store incoming stock, ensuring the yard is organised and accessible.
Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick and prepare large customer orders for dispatch and delivery, including cutting timber and loading vehicles.
Safety & Maintenance: Operate forklifts and other equipment safely. Ensure the yard is kept clean, compliant, and adheres to all WHS standards.
