The Role
- A Contracts Administrator to join the the commercial team on this project
- Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
- Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
- Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Industrial experience is highly regarded however not essential
- Positive tenure in your CV where controllable is highly regarded
- Experience delivering projects up to $15m in the Australian commercial construction industry for the head contractor
