Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage project head contracts from start to finish.

- Confident going out to site to meet your clients and subcontractors and work collaboratively with the Site Managers on your projects.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years existing experience in contract administration with a commercial business (not just in the residential sector) and looking for autonomy and personal career growth
- A Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
- If you have experience in pubs and clubs refurbishments this would be beneficial but not essential - as they have an upcoming heavy refurbishment project with structural alterations that you will be a part of
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore is essential
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to contract management
- A team-focused attitude and strong drive to succeed and impress your clients to ensure repeat business
- Must have full working rights in Australia (not requiring visa sponsorship).
