HR Partners are looking for a Contingent Recruitment Specialist to join their insurance client for a 2 month contract. This position is ideal for someone passionate about managing a flexible workforce and serving as the central hub for all contingent talent needs. You will be the link connecting our hiring managers with external agencies, ensuring a seamless and compliant process from start to finish.
Duration: 2-month contract
Location: Sydney CBD, 2 days on site
Start Date: To start as soon as possible
Pay rate: $550- $600 per day inc super
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary conduit between hiring managers and recruitment agencies for all contingent staffing requirements, managing the end-to-end process from role release to placement.
- Onboarding Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the onboarding process for all new contingent workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organisation.
- Record Management & Content: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for all contractors within relevant systems, including their profiles, contracts, and essential content.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all contingent workforce processes, documentation, and engagements adhere strictly to company policies, legislative requirements, and industry best practices.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and timely communication across various internal departments and with external agencies to ensure alignment and efficiency.
