About the Opportunity
As the Consultant, Supplier and Service Management, you'll be a versatile professional stepping into a business-critical contract role. This position features a dynamic 50/50 split between structured regulatory execution and flexible triage work. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Refine end-to-end sourcing, governance, and third-party risk management frameworks specifically for NTSPs.
- Lead the evaluation and strengthening of supplier contingency plans to guarantee the absolute continuity of the bank's Critical Operations.
- Partner closely with critical stakeholder teams to align vendor capabilities with overarching corporate resilience standards.
- Review and update internal policies, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures to reflect updated due diligence and governance requirements.
- Work hand-in-hand with Change Managers to build clear communication materials, ensuring new processes are smoothly embedded across impacted stakeholder groups.
- Identify, assess, and recommend remediation steps for resilience gaps discovered during contingency testing, ensuring any material risks are escalated appropriately.
Ideal Profile
- Relevant tertiary education coupled with 5–8+ years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or Third-Party Risk within complex financial services environments.
- Direct capability or strong familiarity with the CPS 230 regulatory framework and its specific impacts on supplier resilience.
- Demonstrated experience designing and uplifting end-to-end sourcing, governance, and Third-Party Risk Management processes.
- Hands-on experience evaluating and uplifting supplier contingency plans to align with enterprise BCM standards.
- Proven ability to translate complex frameworks into practical corporate outcomes by writing clear policy documents and updating internal SOPs.
- High flexibility to manage shifting triage priorities, paired with exceptional skills in engaging and influencing senior executives, risk teams, and change managers.
