About you:
- You will have a minimum of 8 years experience in civil and/or general construction project delivery.
- You will hold a Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar.
- Experience working with TasWater/CDO, TasRail, TasPorts would be an advantage.
About the role:
- Supervise and mentor a team of nominally 3 to 5 Project Managers, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
- Ensure all site activities are compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Attention to detail, ensuring actions are promptly resolved.
- Assist in tenders and bids, monitor all financial aspects and commercial performance of projects.
