Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple large-scale apartment developments. You will provide strategic commercial leadership across procurement, contract management, cost control, risk management, and financial reporting while leading a team of Contracts Managers and Contract Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial delivery of multiple residential apartment developments, ensuring strong financial and contractual outcomes.
• Drive procurement strategies, contract negotiations, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, claims, variations, and overall commercial performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to commercial team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Partner with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery and business objectives.

Experience Required

• Extensive experience in a Commercial Manager role within the construction industry.
• Proven success delivering large-scale residential apartment, high-rise, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, commercial risk, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi million dollar project budgets and commercial teams.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
