The role
- This role reports and works closely with an experienced CFO.
- Partner with leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee monthly reporting, finance operations and compliance.
- Business partnering - provide value add analysis and support in addressing profitability opportunities and challenges.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
About you
You are a commercially astute senior finance leader who thrives on bridging the gap between strategy and operations. With the confidence and gravitas to influence senior stakeholders, you are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and leading a highly experienced team.
- CA Big 4 qualified with a proven background in a commercial finance role.
- A strong track record of P&L management and successful business partnering with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence across multiple sites.
- A mindset geared towards continuous improvement, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) would be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in the retail or consumer environment is preferred, though not mandatory.
