Your Role: As our Clinical Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of clinical care within our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong clinical leadership and guidance to our dedicated team of care staff and registered nurses.
- Ensuring the delivery of individualised, compassionate, and evidence-based care to our residents.
- Mentoring and supporting staff to foster a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and person-centred care planning.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant clinical care standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to a safe and caring environment that promotes the wellbeing and dignity of our residents.
- Effectively problem-solving and adapting to the evolving needs of our residents and the care environment.
What You Will Bring: We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic leader with:
- Current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical management role, ideally within the aged care sector.
- Sound knowledge of accreditation standards, infection control principles, and aged care legislation.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and empower a team.
- Valid Australian Working Rights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
- A genuine person-centred approach to care, prioritising individual needs and preferences.
- A thorough understanding of clinical care standards and best practices in aged care.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
