About the role
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this is an exciting full time 12 month fixed term contract (up until August 2026) that looks to provide superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients and current members whilst supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements.
- Process daily administration and data entry tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely processing of transaction and requests
- Respond to client enquiries in person, telephone and thorough written correspondence
- Deliver Member First experience through effective handling of members, clients and visitors.
- Assist with general enquiries from members and visitors regarding services and products
Your Experience
- Prior client services experience in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in face-to-face client interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A great phone manner.
