Based in North Sydney, this highly regarded, long-established advice firm is renowned for its client-centric approach and outstanding holistic financial advice. Over the years, they've built a solid, loyal client base and, due to ongoing growth, are now looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join their team 4 days/week.
About the role
As a Client Service Manager, you'll work closely with the Principal Financial Adviser to deliver high quality, complex advice strategies. You'll handle essential tasks like administrative support, advice implementation, SOA/ROA drafting, and proactive communication with fund providers and clients. You will also have the opportunity to drive new initiatives and support the business growth.
If you're an existing Client Service Officer in a financial advice company, this is your chance to elevate your career and gain valuable exposure to High Net Worth and wholesale clients.
Demonstrated skills
- 3 - 5 years experience working in a client service role in financial advice
- Strong advice implementation experience
- Proficient using XPlan
- Exposure to HNW and wholesale advice highly regarded (however not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
