In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end process of death claims with empathy and efficiency—guiding beneficiaries through difficult times, handling queries, and ensuring smooth claims outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience managing life insurance or superannuation-based death claims
- Confidence in challenging insurer decisions and preparing trustee recommendations
- Strong communication skills when working with members, legal reps, and stakeholders
- A passion for delivering fair and supportive service to those who need it most
