We are seeking an experienced Children's Services Director for a highly regarded Early Learning Centre (ELC) in Murtoa, just 20 minutes from Horsham. ... This state-of-the-art ELC caters to 57 children daily and currently runs funded kindergarten programs for 3 and 4-year-olds, with plans to transition to include pre-prep. As one of the first facilities of its kind, it boasts excellent funding to ensure high-quality education and care for all children.
We are looking for a collaborative manager to lead a team of long-standing educators and build strong relationships with families and children. The Centre Director will serve as the Nominated Supervisor, responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the service.
Key duties include:
- Collaborating with the central office management team and conducting reporting.
- Ensuring the centre meets all legislative requirements, policies, and regulations.
- Managing staff, including recruitment, appraisals, professional development, and wellbeing.
- Fostering a positive work environment.
- Building positive working relationships with families, children, and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing high-level program operations.

The successful candidate will possess:
- A Diploma of Children's Services or a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood.
- A relevant VIT card.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.

- Genuine enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to managing a high-quality team.
