You will shape and run change strategies to ensure adoption and compliance, working closely with technical and operational teams. Your focus will be on stakeholder engagement, training, and communication to embed cybersecurity practices effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop change strategies and plans, integrating with project goals.
Perform stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Design and deliver training to drive cybersecurity adoption.
Create clear, targeted communication content for diverse audiences.
Build cooperative relationships with stakeholders to manage change impacts.
Identify and address risks to ensure smooth change adoption.
Measure and monitor change success to ensure lasting outcomes.
What You Bring:
5+ years in enterprise change roles, ideally in public sector, transport, or regulated industries.
Experience supporting technology or cybersecurity initiatives.
Familiarity with cybersecurity contexts, with ability to translate technical impacts.
Qualifications like Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change certifications.
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication skills to engage executives, technical teams, and field staff.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365, Visio, and Jira.
Ability to navigate flexible delivery in a busy environment.
