Change Manager | Investments Program

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our clients team and support a critical transformation program within the Investments portfolio. This role will be focused on the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
... Supporting the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.
Assisting with change management activities for a key transformation program.
Working collaboratively with a Senior Change Manager to ensure project success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in change management and a solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience:
4–5 years of dedicated Change Management experience.
Background in investment management or financial services.
Understanding of the investment lifecycle, including:
Front Office: Portfolio Management, Trading, Order Management
Middle Office: Risk Management, Compliance, Performance Attribution
Back Office: Trade Settlements, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Reporting
Experience in supporting Portfolio Management System (PMS) implementations is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, or similar is highly advantageous.
This is a 12 month initial contract, and will require travel to the office.
