Change Analyst (Finance)
Location: Brisbane
Job Type: Contract (up to 14 months)
About The Role
We are currently seeking a Change Analyst to join our clients team and support a critical transformation program.
- This role will be focused on the implementation of the new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments, identifying workforce, role, and process changes, and supporting targeted interventions.
- Coordinate and track stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring that finance leaders, employees, and key business units are informed and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Managers and Business Readiness Lead in implementing the finance change management strategy and plan.
- Collaborate with other Business Readiness teams to ensure that change activities align with business operations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for change management workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates on change progress, risks, and stakeholder feedback for program leadership.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, finance transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or similar methodologies.
- Experience supporting Finance and Budgeting system implementations, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in analysis of Period End / Finance Close, Reporting, Lease In, COPA (Margin Analysis), Grants, Treasury / Liquidity, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
This is a 14 month initial contract, and will require travel to the office.
