Join a major transformation initiative as a Change Analyst - HR/Payroll (People), where you will support the delivery of a modern ERP solution. This role is specifically designed for a detail-oriented analyst with a background in HR and Payroll system transitions who can ensure employees receive the necessary support and training for a smooth migration. What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Change Analyst within HR transformation or business process change projects.
Previous experience supporting HR or Payroll system implementations, such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills to manage change adoption metrics and prepare progress reports for leadership.
Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s Change Model.
Excellent written communication skills for developing documentation, FAQs, and executive presentations.
