As the Centre Manager, you will be the heart of our service leading an experienced team to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. You’ll bring strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and operational excellence to create a warm, inclusive, and compliant environment where children, educators, and families feel supported.
🌱 What You’ll Do:
- Provide inspiring leadership and support to a team of dedicated educators
- Ensure the centre meets and exceeds National Quality Standards
- Build trusted relationships with families, children, staff, and the wider community
- Oversee daily operations including rosters, compliance, budgets, and reporting
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth
🎁 What’s On Offer:
- Attractive salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + 10% retention bonus + super
- Relocation incentive available for eligible candidates

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in a childcare or kindergarten setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and compliance regulations
- Confident communicator with excellent people management skills
- A natural leader who is passionate about early learning and team development
- Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection & relevant checks
