Responsibilities

• Coordinating local cartage and delivery schedules
• Liaising with drivers, warehouses, and freight forwarders to ensure timely movement of goods
• Managing documentation, including delivery dockets, manifests, and proof of delivery
• Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems
• Assisting with problem-solving and responding to delays or delivery issues
• Ensuring compliance with CoR (Chain of Responsibility) and company procedures

About you

• 1-2 years experience in cartage administration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in freight and logistics
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
