An exciting prospect awaits a Capability & Learning professional who brings strategic and hands on capability development experience. You will drive the design and delivery of meaningful L&D initiatives aligned with the organisation's goals.
Key Accountabilities:
... - Lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the internal leadership programs and training
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct a training needs analysis and identify development priorities
- Develop and execute a learning and development and capability strategy that directly aligns with business objectives
- Roll out an induction and on-boarding program for new employees
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and objectives, using data to drive continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in L&D, including facilitation experience
- Proven capabilities in designing and delivering blended learning programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Capable of working autonomously and in a self-directed manner
