Do you have customer service experience within a call center environment? What is most important is providing a high level of customer service and enjoying working in lively, fast-paced environments.
... Randstad are partnering with a large Local Government Department and this role will be based within a Northern Council commencing ASAP for 3 months. The role will offer a variety of customer service and administration duties. Must be available ASAP.
- Answering Inbound Calls: Receiving a high volume of calls from members of the community
- Updating and maintaining data bases
- Handling customer data and information with confidentiality
- Cash handling when needed
About You:
- Confident on the phone with exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated great customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate various systems efficiently.
- Able to commence ASAP.
- Possess a current National Police Check (essential).
