Type: Part Time (3 days per week)
Hybrid: 2 days from office is expected
Hourly Rate: $57 - $68 plus super
Location: Bentley
Note: Travel required. 2-3 times a year with a maximum travel period of 4 days (average would be 2-3 days).
Team: Their Support Team is 4 people and larger group is 6 people. The successful candidate would be the only person in the Perth office as we the team is spread out in separate regions.

- Demonstrated ability to take comprehensive and precise minutes during meetings, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and re-prioritise as required
- Demonstrated ability in influencing positive outcomes
- Previous experience in positively managing client issues / relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A high degree of resilience
- Be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- Prepared to travel as and when required.
- Must have a valid Australian Drivers Licence as deemed necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Panel Support Team Leader and Managers across a regional portfolio. Liaise with relevant stakeholders on day-to-day matters via phone, e-mail and meetings as required.
- Supporting the Panel Support Team Leader and Managers to ensure contract financial administration and tracking is carried out within the relevant policies and specific allocated project budget.
- Liaise with Managers and Panels and co-ordinate internal communication activities and maintain
effective liaison with the business groups, business group consultants and panel members as required.
- Collate Panel Meeting agenda items and agenda papers and organise their distribution to
relevant individuals prior to meetings.
- Attend meetings and provide accurate and detailed minute-taking for all panel meetings, ensuring key discussions, decisions, and actions are captured and distributed in a timely manner
- Write up Outcome papers from each panel round and submit for approval and distribute to the business.
- Organise and coordinate Panel meetings and the annual Spring Tour as necessary including booking of relevant travel for Panel members.
- Ensure regional panel members travel, including sitting fees are within budget and their contract.
- Ensure regional panel members have appropriate approvals, consistent with policy and are within WHS guidelines prior to travel.
- Other duties as required from time to time.
