This is a critical role where your expertise will directly support our client through sensitive and complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service to clients at all levels, acting with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Uphold integrity and maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
- Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector and relevant legislative requirements.
- Consult, advise, and negotiate with customers and their representatives.
- Make informed decisions on behalf of customers in line with established guidelines and legal frameworks.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless client support.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports.
About You:
- Proven ability to deliver high-standard customer service in a professional environment.
- High Level computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, estate, trust, and financial administration principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- High level of personal integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion.
- Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritise tasks, and make sound decisions independently.
- Must have a current National Police Clearance.
