Senior Process Analyst – Enterprise Transformation (Contract)
We’re working with a major enterprise organisation on a transformation program focused on uplifting core service and support processes across the customer journey. This 6-month contract will see you embedded in a collaborative agile squad, mapping current-state operations and designing future-state process improvements that support service consistency, compliance, and experience uplift.
As a Senior Process Analyst, you’ll work alongside other analysts, a business analyst, a process owner, and subject matter experts to deliver clear, actionable process models that bridge business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Map and document ‘as is’ processes and support the design of ‘to be’ using BPMN notation.
Collaborate closely with the BA to align process pain points with future-state opportunities.
Use Signavio to model and manage business processes in a shared repository.
Engage with stakeholders across operations, CRM, contact centre, and support functions.
Translate insights into clear process models and documentation for cross-functional alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
4–5+ years’ experience in process analysis or business process analyst roles.
Strong background in process modelling using BPMN (notation-level knowledge preferred).
Hands-on experience with Signavio or similar process modelling tools.
Proven ability to decompose complex processes into actionable and scalable solutions.
Well-organised, confident communicator comfortable working at pace in agile environments.
Experience in large-scale service organisations or customer support environments is a bonus.
