Our client, a leading organisation in the Professional Training and Coaching industry is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a remote role, with a primary focus on the Sydney market.
The Role:
You will be responsible for growing our corporate solutions products and services. This includes:
Developing new private and public-sector business to achieve revenue objectives.
Prospecting, identifying, and securing new client business for our Learning and Development solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor to organisations in the management and leadership space.
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing corporate accounts.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 3 years' success in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
A tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM software and MS Office.
The Offer:
A competitive salary of $120,000 ++ Super and Bonuses.
