The organisation specialises in an integrated ecosystem of intraoral and extraoral imaging, CAD/CAM systems, and cloud-based practice management software. They are currently focused on the digital transformation of dental practices, helping clinicians improve diagnostic precision and operational efficiency.
Your New Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the commercial footprint within your assigned region. The role involves a mix of account management and new business development, moving beyond simple product sales to act as a technical consultant for dental professionals.
Key duties:
- Territory planning: Identifying growth opportunities and managing a pipeline of both new and existing accounts.
- Consultative sales: Promoting a portfolio of imaging hardware and AI-driven clinical software.
- Technical demonstrations: Conducting on-site product trials and training to demonstrate workflow integration and clinical value.
- Stakeholder management: Building long-term relationships with dentists, specialists, and dental service organisations (DSOs).
- Market collaboration: Partnering with internal regulatory and marketing teams to support product launches and competitive positioning.
Your Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within dental, medical devices, or a related healthcare field.
- High level of digital literacy, with the ability to explain complex software interfaces and cloud-based systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clinical stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field is desirable.
- A proven track record of meeting revenue targets through a structured and professional sales approach.
