Are you an experienced business development professional with a knack for generating leads and a passion for sales?

My client is looking for a key team member to drive sales through lead generation and prospecting. This business is a high end construction business looking for a passionate sales professional looking to start a career in a well established tier 1 indsutry.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Take the lead on market research and prospecting activities to build a healthy pipeline of potential clients. You'll be responsible for tracking new leads and ensuring a regular and quality process is followed for their introduction into our system.

• Networking & Visibility: Actively grow your personal network within the local market by attending key industry events, trade shows, and seminars. This role also involves setting up and running industry socials and assisting with client functions to enhance our visibility and market position.

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders, including corporate clients, property agents, and industry-related vendors. You'll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth introduction and pitching process for all leads.

• Performance & Strategy: Ensure quarterly revenue targets are met and track key metrics related to new introductions, proposals, and overall activity. You will work with leadership to refine and improve our business development strategy.

We're looking for an individual who is innovative in developing new strategies and solutions and possesses strong persuasion and influencing skills. You must be a very organized individual with the ability to effectively prioritize your time and work.
