Are you a proactive and results-driven "hunter" who can source new leads and drive growth? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join a team in the fast-paced world of foreign exchange and remittance services.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and expanding our market presence for secure and efficient international money transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
...Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets and customer segments.
Client Acquisition: Proactively source leads and acquire new retail and corporate clients.
Strategic Partnerships: Build a strong agent and partner network.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue targets through effective strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with international regulations.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor research.
Reporting: Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in business development within financial services (remittance, banking, fintech).
Strong understanding of the foreign exchange/remittance market and financial regulations.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Must be fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin).
