Our client is looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst to join their team. You will report to the Change Lead and play a key role in supporting the people side of change, helping to ensure the successful adoption of new initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Assess the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure buy-in.
Assist in creating and delivering communication and training plans.
Track the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Business or People Change projects.
Strong skills in impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
Experience working in a fast-paced or agile environment.
Awareness of change methodologies (PROSCI/ADKAR) is highly desirable.
